2 March is the last that that you can use your Riga public transport tickets purchased before 30 December 2022
Until 2 March, tickets purchased at the previous tariff can be used on Riga City public transport. On 3 March, these tickets will no longer be valid for public transport. Unused tickets can be returned to Rīgas satiksme within 12 months of purchase and 100% refunded.
To receive a refund for tickets purchased before 30 December 2022, customers can write an application signed with a secure electronic signature and send it to info@rigassatiksme.lv. The application must contain the customer's personal data – name, surname and personal identity number, as well as the bank account number to which the money should be transferred and the e-ticket number. If the refund is requested for tickets purchased on a yellow or blue non-personalised e-ticket, the application must be accompanied by a photograph showing the e-ticket number. Alternatively, customers can go to one of Rīgas satiksme's Customer Centres with an identity document (passport or eID card) and the e-ticket containing the tickets purchased at the previous tariff.
